i went there for a hockey game once, it was a while back and i didn't pay much attention to it, but with the letter that was send to the mayor, i am sold and outraged haha, no but really.
I think it's a bad idea. I don't have any special feelings towards the place, but I like the idea of putting the baseball stadium further on the east side. I also don't see why they can't incorporate the coliseum into their new plan for that area.
